Lotus leaves have been shown to be effective in helping eliminate bad breath, removing toxins (including nicotine) from the body and alleviating hangover symptoms. Adding to bath water will gently exfoliate, leaving the skin soft and gorgeous while soothing away rashes and skin irritations (use teabag for easy clean-up).
