Shipping policy

Hankook Tea is proud to make every effort to ensure that your package arrives quickly and safely. While orders are usually processed immediately upon receipt, please allow up to 2 business days for processing time. Shipping rates will vary depending on weight of package and location being shipped to.

United States: We offer free ground shipping on retail orders over $99.00, shipped within the U.S.. We ship via USPS postal service or UPS Ground. If you would like to use another company for shipping, you will need to place your order via email or telephone. Expedited shipping options may be available within the U.S. for an additional fee. Please see available options at check out. Orders must be placed by 12PM PST in order to be shipped the same day. Please keep in mind that UPS may not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Canada and other countries: We will provide an estimate of the shipping charges via email, and will require confirmation of the shipping charges before an order is processed. If shipping charges for your package are more cost effective when sent from our location in South Korea, we will contact you and make the needed arrangements. Customer is responsible for paying any customs duties and fees that may apply when the package reaches the destination country

NOTE: We cannot ship to every address – if a package is returned to us because we were supplied with an undeliverable address, the return charges will be at the customer’s expense.

Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO, FPO Address

Hankook Tea Company cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses using UPS services due to UPS limitations. UPS requires a street address for all deliveries. Please be sure to enter a complete shipping address for all online orders where the item description indicates shipment via UPS. If you would like to use another service for delivery, you will need to place your order via email or telephone.
