
Our newest addition to our artisan product line, Hong Ssang Ri Soybean paste definitely lives up to our brand standards. Artfully created by Korea's living treasure, Hong Ssang Ri, our soybean paste is made using only natural sea salt and locally cultivated soybeans. Most importantly, the paste is created using traditional methods and no preservatives or chemicals are added. The ingredients are carefully blended into a paste, and fermented for several months in “onggi” jars.
With quality and taste that speaks for itself, this paste is excellent for cooking and the perfect dipping sauce for fresh vegetables.
