Hong Ssang Ri Maesil Concentrate is created by using only the finest Korean maesil plums cultivated by environmentally-friendly agricultural methods. Carefully pitted and crushed, the maesil juice is poured into traditional “onggi” pottery and then matured for three to five years. The Maesil Concentrate, an alkaline food is abundant in citric acid and various organic acids.
